Before shipping UNLOAD THE FIREARM and DO NOT SHIP LIVE AMMUNITION OR SPENT CASINGS.

For RESTRICTED FIREARMS please include a copy of your REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. 

Remove all accessories, optics, sling etc. We will not be responsible for any accessories sent.

Please fill out the warranty information sheet include proof of purchase and mail with the firearm to Grech Outdoors Inc. 

We do not contact customers in regard to their warranty unless we have questions. Please feel free to contact us via email with the Make, Model and Serial number and we will let you know if the firearm has been processed as of yet.  

IF YOUR FIREARM IS DEEMED TO BE OUT OF WARRANTY (past the warranty period stated by the manufacturer) OR THE DAMAGE TO THE FIREARM IS NOT FACTORY DEFECT OR NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THE FIREARM WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHARGES: Packaging and handling $16.25, gunsmithing $80.00 with a min of half hour $40.00 as well as actual  cost of shipping back to you. If you are unsure of the warranty for your firearm please see the manufactures website.
